4-          Definite knowledge of death	Indefinite knowledge of death
5-          With the intention of causing such bodily injury as a likely to cause death.	With the intention of causing such bodily injury to any person and the bodily injury is inflicted is sufficient in the ordinary cause of nature to course death.
.6- Whosoever commits murder shall be punished with the imprisonment for life and even death.	Whosoever commits culpable homicide not amounting to murder will punishable with the imprisonment for life which may extend to 10 years fine or with both
