The Plaint is filed under the False Imprisonment to claim damages.

The Petitioner humbly submits:

That the Petitioner is Mr. Sudeep Singh is a resident of sector-15 C-30 Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad and the defendant is Mr. Sudhir Sharma and is the resident of 3/61 Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad.
That the petitioner is a shopkeeper and his wife is Ruchi Singh who is his housewife. The Petitioner went to the hospital named “CITY HOSPITAL” as petitioner’s wife was suffering from lower abdominal pain since a long time. The petitioner alongwith his wife went to the hospital on 21^st January, 2019 at 12pm so that the doctor can check upon her.
That the doctor was specialized in the abdominal surgery. The name of the doctor is Dr. Raghav Mishra, age: 45years. After diagnosing, the doctor said that the petitioner’s have to undergo the surgery. The surgery was scheduled at 22^nd January, 2019 at 2:00pm.
On 22^nd January, 2019 when the surgery was successful and the petitioner tried to enter the room of his wife to see her but the denied the entry. When petitioner argued, the doctor called for the police.
The police officers grabbed the hands of the petitioner and detained him for hours on the ground that he was making nuisance in the hospital and was disturbing the patients.
Later on the police officer released the petitioner.
The case falls within the jurisdiction of the Ghaziabad Court as the Cause of Action arose there.

PRAYER

The petitioner claimed ₹1,00,000 as compensation

Any other relief as the court may deem fit.
