The cartoon in this video is new to Photoshop CC 2017. I drew this with a 2B pencil on an 8′ by 8′ A3 sheet of paper. To get better control over my pencil technique I use Keynote & Photoshop to edit layers based on grease pencil strokes. I then copied the greyscale to an 8′ by 8′ image in Photoshop. I could then copy the entire layer and paste it into a new document in Photoshop, or just copy onto a new canvas for more speed. I also put my layers into different color channels and applied different filters (Noise, Checker, S&S, Plate, Miniature, Faux Contraste, Saturation, Slam, and Vibrance.) Every so often, I get the need to go back to hand drawn fonts such as Futura. I have found some free ones, but this is a rather time consuming process. So I decided that I should make my own style of hand drawn Futura. I started with a new document and simply drew some hand drawn Futura type and added a bit of rough drawing of pedestrians and buildings.
