Dear ma’am,
Under the instruction and authority from my client Mr. Machi lal, I do hereby serve upon you the following notice under section 138 of the negotiable instrument act, 1881.
my client knows you, from the last 3-4 years and on that account you had gained the faith and confidence of my client. That you demanded a friendly loan from my client for amount of Rs.1,00,000 (one lakh Rupees) in the month of April. My client obliged you by providing the said amount.
My client has loaned you Rs. 1,00,000 as a friendly loan on April 10,2020. You issued a cheque, bearing no. 788999 dated 20/04/2021 for amount of RS 1,00,000 drawn on 22/04/2021 from the prabhaat market sbi branch in order to discharge your liability. But the cheque was returned unpaid due to “insufficient fund”.
Despite several reminders you were failed to discharge your liability to my client.
You are now requested to discharge your liability immediately in accordance with the provisions of section 138 of negotiable instrument act 1881. Failing of which can cause legal proceedings against you
