At LAC our motto is to strive for legal excellence, by assuring (instead of making sure) that all the demands of our clients are fulfilled as per their convenience and that they leave fully satisfied from the services we provide.
At Lexis and Company, we do not believe in the monotonous way of practicing law, and hence one day, Dr. Anupam Kumar Mishra came up with LAC-VIP, a platform where students, advocates and scholars can engage in knowledge sharing sessions based upon their experiences, which will help them impart quality legal education and also enhance their various advocacy skills. Therefore, with this vision, LAC presents the Virtual Internship Programme (VIP), a project for all those candidates who are really interested in becoming a resourceful member of this noble profession. The curriculum for this programme has been planned in such a way that by the end of their tenure, each candidate will have both theoretical and practical insights into various disciplines of law, which will help them become sound professionals and future leaders.
Here are some of the highlights of the programme:
VIP-SMART (FREE): ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN IN THE FREE MODULE.
1. Regular guidance on drafting, writing research papers, blogs, articles, case analysis, and presentation skills.
2. Various events and Live session based upon the Practical topics, Court Procedures and practices, Drafting, Law Firm Management, current legal, Current affairs, economic and socio-political issues.
3. E-Certificate for all the interns, free of cost.
4. Top Three performers will get a chance to pursue Physical Internship Program with LEXIS AND COMPANY.

Brief Details in regards to the Virtual Internship Program and task, assignments and activities done as a part of this internship program:
Certificate and Awards:
All the candidates who complete the Virtual Internship Program for a minimum Period of 30 days will be given E-CERTIFICATE at their registered email ID, and no physical certificate will be given to anyone. Any candidate who do not complete a minimum 30 working days in the internship or do not complete the daily assignments will not be given Internship Certificates under any circumstances. NOTE: CANDIDATES EXPECTING FREE CERTIFICATE WITHOUT WORKING HARD AND WITHOUT DOING DAILY ASSIGNMENT SHOULD NOT JOIN THIS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.
NOTE: LAC RESERVES THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO MODIFY, ADD, OR REMOVE ANY CONTENT, SCHEDULE, SYLLABUS, EVENTS, AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.
Registration Deadline:
Each batch shall have the limited seats only. Every month we start a new batch on 01st of the month and 15th of the month. Applicant have the liberty to choose the batch as per their availability and choice. Registration shall be done on a first come first serve basis and open to all. Who all can apply for this internship program ? Eligibility Criteria.
All Law Students either of 3 years LLB program, or 5 Years LLB program, or Students of LLM program, or Newly Enrolled Advocates with any State Bar Council can apply. Only Indians Citizens or students who are pursuing or have pursued a Law Degree in India, or eligible to practice Legal profession in India are only eligible to apply.
STIPEND AND BENEFITS ?
Since this is a VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM, hence we do not provide nor pay any Stipend for this one month of Virtual Internship. After completing this internship for a minimum period of 30 working days you will be eligible to get E-Certificate for this VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. NOTE: ANY CANDIDATE OR APPLICANT EXPECTING ANY TYPES OF SALARY OR STIPEND PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM.
WORKING DAYS AND WORK TIMINGS ?
WORKING DAYS AND WORK TIMINGS: 7 DAYS A WEEK, NO HOLIDAY FOR THE WHOLE MONTH AND THE WORK TIMINGS ARE 9 AM TO 6 PM OR UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE DAILY TASK ASSIGNED TO YOU ON THE DAILY BASIS, 7 DAYS A WEEK. IN CASE IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR DAILY ASSIGNMENTS LATE THEN ITS UPON YOUR OWN DISCRETION TO WORK LATER THAN THE SPECIFIED WORK TIMINGS AND THE FIRM IS NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY IN YOUR WORK TIMING SINCE THE DAILY TASK HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT IT CAN BE EASILY COMPLETED WITH THE OFFICE HOURS, HOWEVER IF YOU DELAY YOUR WORK DUE TO YOUR OTHER COMMITMENTS THEN YOU MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO WORK UNTIL YOUR DAILY TASK IS COMPLETED ON A DAILY BASIS. THE INTERNSHIP IS FOR ONE FULL MONTH FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, AND ALL THE INTERNS ARE EXPECTED TO WORK ON ALL DAYS IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS 30 DAYS OF INTERNSHIP SUCCESSFULLY.
