You have to install the latest drivers from the touchscreen manufacturers website. You should have a “drivers” dir in your home directory, open up your filemanager and see if that’s true. If the dir is missing look in /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy.
The software is to be used strictly for demonstration purposes and it cannot be sold or included in a product under any circumstances. Once the SOFTWARE has been obtained from GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. by an authorized recipient, it is not to be transferred. The recipient must adhere to GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd.’s customer service and warranty terms. For any copying of the SOFTWARE to be done, the full customer service and warranty terms must be followed. The SOFTWARE is the property of GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to monitor, make changes, deletions, additions or modifications to the SOFTWARE at any time, without notice.
The SOFTWARE has been developed for use on a GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. TouchScreen under the software & license arrangement to which this End-User License Agreement is part of. GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the SOFTWARE as and when required. GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. is a Government organization and is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. GeneralTouch Technology Co., Ltd. does not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale or use of the SOFTWARE. The CUSTOMER may have entered into a separate software agreement with the CUSTOMER’s customers which sets forth the terms and conditions pertaining to the use of the SOFTWARE. Any such agreement shall govern to the exclusion of the terms of this Agreement, unless a specific reference is made to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other agreement between CUSTOMER and CUSTOMER’s customers, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.
