DECREE	JUDGEMENT
1-     It is defined in section 2(2) of Civil procedure Code 1908	It is defined in the section2(9) of the Civil procedure code 1908
2-     Decree is an adjudication conclusively determining the rights of the parties in respect of any matter in the dispute.	Judgement means a statement given by the judge of the grounds of decree and order
3-     Decree follows the judgement	It includes the ground of decree
4-     It is obligatory  that there shall be a formal expression of words in the decree	It isn,t obligatory that there shall be a formal expression of words in the judgement
5-     Decree is passed in a civil suit	Judgement can be passed in civil as well as criminal cases.
6-     Decree is capable of execution	Judgement is not capable of execution
