I’ve been using LR 5.x for months now. I love it. I honestly love everything about it. I especially love the new features. The new contacts and Facebook integration is great and I also love the new workflow. The new experience is much better for me than using LR 4.x.
Adobe has provided a very interesting iPad Pro implement. It adds to the classiness and usability of this device. But, if you are a Photoshop user, you will probably be better served with a 3rd party app that you trust.

Adobe’s Image Smart Previews have helped me greatly while editing/creating images. In addition the Sketch abilities are tremendous especially in conjunction with the SmartErase tool. However, one of the challenges is the iPad Pro, iOS, Adobe, and Pixelmator’s position on the app market and iCloud. I currently sideload all my PSD & PSM files to my iPad Pro through a Time Machine to my 2015 MacBook Pro. Once there I edit as I would on the Mac. Save, then quit and transfer the PSD to the Mac for iCloud sync. I still have all my edits listed back in the Photoshop. PSD files can be opened and edited on the iPad Pro. Once I am ready to move back onto my Mac, once the iCloud sync is finished, I quit the PSM Editor, turn off the iPad Pro, connect it to the Mac, and then open PSM. PSM correctly recognizes all the new changes.
However, it is a pain. Especially since my Mac is where my photo money is spent. via the cloud (iCloud) the only files my Phone can sync to the Mac are Text messages and Voicemails. If I keep the iPad Pro off and on my MacBook Pro to switch between the two, I loosing my work on the Mac. I have tried to change the text settings on the iPad Pro but there is no option. The saved files when off the iPad Pro are junk. If I was able to change these settings and work back on my MacBook then I could sync to iCloud and have my Mac recognize all my edits back on it. I suspect this will be an issue for many. The answer is that it must be sold as one app.

The Clone Stamp allows you to remove imperfections and replacing them with a duplicate of the section of your image you’d like to remove. The Clone Stamp is great for removing scratches, blemishes, or any imperfections from an image. The Clone Stamp also allows you to paint over objects or logos in your photo to hide them. The Smudge tool can be used to randomly spread your color across an image, evenly or with great control depending on how you position your brush.

The new radial gradients make it easy to quickly create complex, gradient images that can be used over any surface. With this new feature, it is possible to create gradients with any color, hue, saturation or value.
With the enhanced selection tools, users can select and edit content with greater accuracy. Adobe has added several new control points in the selection tools, including the ability to select multiple areas at once and two new options for the selection marquee, which enables users to create a selection by drawing an outline or by using a photo-based selection.
• Layer Styles: This feature lets you add a variety of effects such as 3D and emboss to your image. It is also known as style effects. To make the effect more interesting, you can choose from the available styles, shapes, and textures.
The new features can be accessed via the Filter Menu. In addition to the new filters, there are two new Adjustment Layers that are key to the new feature. One allows you to change the overall white balance of an image to match a specific lighting condition, and the other allows you to adjust the white point of an image. The Adjustment Layers were first introduced in the 2014 update. The white balance adjustment can be applied to any colour in your image. The white point adjustment allows you to change the white point of a specific area of an image, which is useful to balance out a photo that has been underexposed.
It’s an excellent software for designing, editing photos, creating graphics, and adding effects, etc. It comes with a HDR feature that will help you to create better images and videos and a lot more. If you are a beginner then, it is one of the best software that you should be using.

Photoshop has some unique “keywording” system allows you to save a layer as a compound group, which is very powerful to keep all things that need to be saved grouped under one instance. Very powerful utility. Only downside is that you need a lot of RAM to work with large files.
The other important aspect of product design for me is workflow and how that affects the user. My experience has been that Photoshop elements has made it incredibly easy to find, manage, edit, and share my images I’ve created. It feels intuitive.
And I have never felt overwhelmed or like I’m missing out on something by not having the more expensive version with all the bells and whistles. I’ve been able to get pretty good at using elements for all my work. I’ve seen a lot of great results from professionals that use Elements. Now I see other options for specific areas of work outside Photoshop, Elements makes it easy to get started.
While it’s important to recognize that the differences between Elements and Photoshop are not just about price, for photographers that spend the money on professional software, it does make a difference. Elements has much of the same power as Professional, but it’s a whole lot cheaper. In that sense, it makes it more affordable for those of us that value the independent expression of our work over the professional perfectionism of the big studios.
The final aspect of design that I’ve been focusing on is the product roadmap. Since Photoshop 4, Adobe has made a number of advancements to the product specifically for image editors. For example, with the swiveling perspective tool ( scene transformation ), you can spin your scene, rotate, zoom and pan around to see the best image view.

There are good reasons why there is a need for a variety of tools. For example, you might want to create a template that can be used to create any range of related items e.g. postcards, ebooks, or websites. This tutorial will demonstrate how to use a template to create a logo.
One important thing to note about the way you have to do things is that it can seem a bit different from traditional desktop software. For example, the programs below do not have a Save button, and you cannot have multiple versions e.g. you can only create one version at a time. This tutorial assumes that you have the latest version of Microsoft Word (2019).
